Civil QS – Foynes Co. Limerick

• Project is delivered successfully, while maintaining relationships, maximising commercial returns and manage risk.
• Preparing tenders, analysing, selecting appropriate s/cs, negotiation & finalise s/c orders, financial & commercial management of s/cs to Final Account completion.
• Site records & document control
• Site measurement records
• Assisting in the preparation of forecasts, targets & CV reconciliations
• Valuations
• Prepare variations with adequate records & details, agree as works progress.
• Update projected Final Account, prepare & submit in a timely manner.
• Liaise with site management

• Minimum 3yrs Quantity Surveying experience with established company
• Civil experience would be advantageous.
• Relevant third level qualification

• Attractive salary up to €85K
• Company vehicle or car allowance
• 26 days AL
