Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your role will involve:

• Developing subcontract tender packages, analysis of tenders, presenting options to management, negotiating with subcontractors and developing subcontract orders.
• Managing multiple subcontract packages from order through to final account to include remeasurement, monthly payments and claims management.
• Maintaining and submitting accurate monthly cost reporting including end of project projections.
• Dealing with subcontractor claims in a timely manner.
• Development and submission of external valuations, engaging with client representatives and agreeing monthly values, ensuring certification and trackers are updated and communicated to internal accounts team.
• Manage the project budget as directed by the Project Director
• Compile monthly reports.
• Document cost changes to the work scopes and prepare monthly valuations and final accounts.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Data Centre experience would be advantageous but not essential
