Join one of Ireland's leading Main Contractors as a Quantity Surveyor based in Dublin 12 with occasional site visits. Our client has a broad portfolio of successfully completed landmark projects across a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Refurbishment, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.

Due to growth and expansion with a number of recent project wins across the Commercial and Residential sector, a new position has become available within the company for a Quantity Surveyor. The company have a pipeline of work guaranteed for the next 4 years. 

Your Role will Involve:

• Preparation and monitoring of cashflow.
• Assist in the preparation of final accounts.
• Cost monitoring and reporting.
• Assess tender enquiries and review tender project analysis.
• Management of subcontractor re-measurement, interim and final account payments.
• Compiling variations and the variation log.

What we are looking for: 

• 3rd level Qualification in Quantity Surveying 
• 4+ years' experience in a similar position.
