Our client, an established residential developer based in Dublin are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to be primarily based on site in Athy. The role will involve a few days a month in their Head Office in Citywest.

This is a permanent position and as this company continues to grow you will have an opportunity to establish yourself at a great time in its expansion. It is expected that the person hired for this role will play a key part in the company going forward as it grows. On completion of the project in Athy you will have options in terms of locations along with the option of spending a substantial amount of your time in the head office in Citywest, Dublin. 

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, construction management or related field.
• Experience on site, preferably in residential developments or with a main contractor.
