Client:
Our client a leading specialist in construction, infrastructure and fit-out are now hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Building) for various Building projects in the Leinster region.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects.
Manage team Site based QS’s.
Assist Project & Contracts Managers.
Take a lead in the calculation and preparation of all company valuations and final accounts.
Prepare and present monthly job cost analysis data.
Pay regular visits to site.
Requirements:
Relevant Third level Degree.
10+ years’ experience preferably with Tier 1 Contractor Ireland or the UK.
Large scale building project experience preferred.
MRICS preferably.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
