Our client who is a leading force in the construction industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Longford. They have over 60 years of experience in the Irish construction industry on projects including Health Centres, Schools, Housing Developments & Private Dwellings in both the Public and Private Sectors worth up to €6m in value.
This is a forward-thinking construction company committed to delivering high-quality projects. Due to their continued growth, they are seeking a passionate Quantity Surveyor to contribute to their continued success. This is a permanent position and the company have a full order book for 2024 & 2025 with a pipeline of projects in the Midlands region.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
