Supply Chain Administrator - City West
6 month contract position
In this position, your role will be to provide a administration support and to the Supply Chain and Procurement team.
You will join an industry-leading construction companywith expertise in delivering projects in sectors including Residential, Commercial and Pharmaceutical. This is a company with a track record of delivering award-winning projects and they continue to build on their unrivalled track recordwithin Ireland's construction industry.

Your role will involve:
- Being the main point of contact for meeting coordination, team support etc
- Preparing meetings, prepare documents and be proactive in gathering information and update on tasks from Supply and Procurement teams
- Arrange meeting rooms
- Distribute monthly board packs in advance of meetings
You will need:
- Experience of working in administrative position for 2+ years
- Ideally hold a background in construction
- Third level qualification
- Excellent communication skills
